It came in the form of a vending machine, where it indicated that if the temperature reached up to 36.8 degrees - the cover of the vending machine would open up.

Canadian Bank TD wanted to thank it's loyal customers. To do so, it set up an ATM machine with a difference. When customers went to take out money it shocked them with a personalised customer experience, gifting unique presents tailored to the customer. Surprising and delighting them.
