What is it?

Canadian Bank TD wanted to thank it's loyal customers. To do so, it set up an ATM machine with a difference. When customers went to take out money it shocked them with a personalised customer experience, gifting unique presents tailored to the customer. Surprising and delighting them. 

Why do we love it?

This unique activation proved to TD customers that they were valuable. Creating a world wide viral video in the process.
